You experience problems using BarcodeOCR?

If certain barcodes are not recognized or if you have problems with the processing of documents, we can help you by sending us your settings and sample documents. With this information, we can reproduce the problem and usually respond directly with suggestions for solutions.

Please only send us documents that are not confidential and do not contain any personal data! You can black out the information before sending it with a PDF editor, or cover confidential content while scanning.

Maintenance

 

If you have an active maintenance contract you may receive free support from our support team. If you purchased BarcodeOCR from a partner, please contact your partner for technical support.

You can check your maintenance, as well as extend or renew your contract, within the license portal. Please note, that we offer technical support only for customers with a valid maintenance contract.
